They speak English fairly well. Great service and very cheap for Western standards. In an out in about 1 hour, paid around 35 USD for an X-ray and some anti inflammatory.

Very nice people and the Dr spoke good English. Went in to have him look at me knee after a scooter accident, he saw me, told me what to do for it, and didn't even charge me. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend

Went here with a dull left ear and thought it was ear wax that caused the numb hearing. The examination turned out that I had an inflammation behind the ear drum and that applying antibiotics was necessary. Very good ear endoscopy with digital pictures and excellent explanation in very good English. Had a safe feeling there and the doc was very professional.

If you are a foreigner and need medical assistance in Luang Prabang you are incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Phakan's clinic as an option. He brings a first world medical environment to a country in urgent need of quality medical care. I highly recommend anybody go to this clinic pay the extra money and get there early for a short wait. I am extremely impressed and happy to have sought out this clinic upon experiencing the lack of care and quality medical service at the local hospitals in Laos.

I had an infection in my leg and needed to have a small surgery. Although I was really scared- it went really good.
They are professional, very nice, high standards of hygienic and most important- I got a good treatment and I could go on with my trip.

Quick service! They do wear gloves when operating any form of procedure with the patient. Not cheap of course but if you wanna get better, you better suck it up and pay. They did a great job.

My girlfriend felt with a motorbike. She had a big wound on her chin. These people helped her very well. Not too expensive and quick service. We were also able to come back for a check the next day.

We will definitely recommend this clinic!

I was scared about being ill in Luang Prabang after reviews I had read on the lack of healthcare, but this clinic is absolutely nothing to worry about! Very quick and helpful staff. I Was seen almost straight away by an English speaking doctor who diagnosed me and had my bloods taken instantly. Medication was provided which were inexpensive and I was back home within an hour.

Very helpful doctor. Very quick service. Took my bloods within 10 minutes of arriving and gave me the results five minutes later. Medication was given and it was only $25.

I have taken many people to this clinic through my job and the staff have always been completely professional. The doctors speak good English, the clinic is able to do many tests on site and straight away as well as dispense any medication required. If I required a doctor in Luang Prabang this is the clinic I would recommend.
