DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
The owner is a terrible person. He told us 50.000 kip/room, but the next day he had us banned from the ferry unless we paid double the price. He got really aggressive and physically threatened us, and in the end we saw no other way than to pay up.

Also the room was filled with mold, had no sink, the toilet didn't flush and water leaked from the bathroom making the floor of our entire room wet.

I feel no need to mention the cockroaches, rats and snakes. No mosquito nets, but plenty of mosquitos.
