  It was ok for one night's sleep. Lak Xao is a dump.

  Good for the price, only 80,000lak for double and two adults. Shower warm, loo roll, soap, comfortable bed and air conditioning. Minus point because bed cover was a fleece blanket and toilet overflowed every time you flushed it. Able to wash bikes.

  Clean rooms. Nice best and pillows. Great view of the big mountain. Off the main rd so no big noisy Vietnamese Trucks roaring past your room.

  Very good quality and cheap, if it had had a bar and restaurant then I would have given 5 stars and would have stayed more than one night

  Nice clean room with a desk and chair, TV, AC, attached bathroom and even a fridge. Towels and toiletries provided. Free WiFi.
  
  Pleasant exterior - there's a garden with a small pond and sitting areas around it.
  
  Double room 80000/night.
