The staff was initially kind and welcoming. It is not the cleanest place, but did not seem too bad at a first look. Around 00:00 I woke up with itchiness on my arm.. further investigation revealed a fair amount of BED BUGS !! I left that place at that right moment. Was hard to find a new place where to stay at midnight. But managed. The day after I had my money back, but the staff did not seem surprised or bothered about the subject.
Stay away! I had a look in the other beds (I was alone in the dorm) and looks like all mattresses came directly from the XIX cent.response / report this review -

Rooms OK,don't ever book bus ticket to Vientiane from here 190 K Kip for bad bus that depart 8.30 pm and tuk tuk to terminal. If you bought directly to terminal better bus that depart on 8.00 pm onlu cost 150 K Kip please save your money

Stayed in their dorm room for 3 nights, it was 30,000 kip for a night. Bed was comfy and clean. Guesthouse provided blanket, towels, free coffee, tea and bananas! Good deal.

We just woke up to bedbugs im room 555. Caught a bed bug and showed it to the staff that showed us to another room with more bedbugs, they did not seem to care otherwise. Bathroom sink is broken and ants in bathroom. Hear things running in the walls? Maybe rat?

Owner is fantastic and really helpful!
I’ve been 7 days here, 25.000 kip a night in the dorm, free coffee, water and bananas.

Owner very helpful. Had double room. Clean and spacious. Free tea coffee wifi and bottled water. Very good price. Cheaper if booked direct (we walked in)

フレンドリーな従業員。珈琲と水が無料です。朝食はなし。バスやツアーを申し込むならここで十分です。値切り交渉に応じてくれるし、他のツアー会社より安かったです。テラスには喫煙者が多かったです。

Dorm for reasonable price, spacious and clean room. Free water, tea and coffee. Good location, close to night market and other places. Terrace is good as well.

We booked a room for 2 people. It was supposed to be 1 king size bed and 1single bed. We ended up in the "cave" room. No window, 2 single beds, insects and big cockroaches in the bathroom. We might have been unlucky ending up in the worst room.

도미토리가 아닌 룸을 사용했었는데, 루앙프라방 물가 생각해보면 가성비는 좋은편이었음. 다만 프런트 직원이 마냥 친절한 편은 아니고 게으름
