A bit pricey for what is offered. Breakfast, although simple, is okay. No amenities on toilets or anything.

Fantastic place to stay. Right in the heart of Vang Vieng this guesthouse is run by a lovely family that treats you like family guests. We had the four person family room that had two huge beds and enough room for all our bags. There is a TV so we could stream Netflix and a small bar fridge. Our room was cleaned every day and 4 water bottles replaced. It is amazing you can get so much for such little money at this guesthouse. The only issue is that you do get some noise from the adjoining bar but it the music didn't seem to go too late.

Had a good stay. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Room is good sized with fridge, hot shower and fast wifi.
If you’re a light sleeper be aware that the pub next door does blast music until 11-12 which is quite unfortunate and frankly disrespectful for all the guesthouses around.

Room is clean
Breakfast is nice
Location is great but too near to the pub as u will not be able to sleep before 12am as the pub music too loud and noisy. But it had nothing to do wif the gyesthouse

Plus: Located in the town center, yet in a lane away so is not too busy
Very helpful and friendly proprietess and staff.
Adequate breakfast of bread Eggs and fruits.
Clean room and bathroom

Minus: As there is a pub right next door the music from the band carries up to the rooms above. Plus with lots of riverside parties over the weekend expect music being heard right till early morning.
If you're inclined to early nights, suggest to request for a room at the back of the guesthouse.

Very very nice! Cheap and clean ! At night time a bit lout cause of music outside ,but it was ok for me.Aircon works good! Very helpful and nice people,really take care about you.Breakfast ok!close to everything around

Staff at the reception were really nice and polite. They offered to clean our room every day. They will give you clean to wells and bottled water every day regardless.

The hotel is very well located, near the river and the main streets with all the restaurants and bars, but it's quiet at night.

Our room was very spacious with big windows. The toilet had a good size too. Everything was very clean. AC was good.

Breakfast was quite good: eggs any style, a big baguette, fruit, coffee, tea

Very recommended.

Definitely the best place to stay in vang vieng If you're looking for good accommodation with privative bathroom, at a cheap price.
The breakfast is limited but that's fine.

Simple but good. Staff doesn't speak English well, but you get a smile. Hotel/rooms are a bit dated but everything works and is clean. We had no breakfast there. It is located just outside the somewhat busier part of the town, nice. Few minutes walking and you're right into the busier part.
Good price performance ratio.
