Reasonable rate. Friendly manager. At the end of main drag sually quite where you won't be turned away. Air conditioned rooms front half. Back bungalow ceiling fan only but good for the winter with family getaway.

The beds have been uncomfortable and outdated. That reduced the comfort for us staying two nights at the place drastically.
Beside that the accommodation areal is very well maintained and surrounded by green. The stuff is friendly, available and helpful.
It is a bit out of town but you reach the restaurants and bars in walking distance within 5 to 10 minutes.
Wifi has been between alright to slow. But this might be an issue of the regionresponse / report this review -

We stayed here's two nights and loved it! Rooms are clean, well kept and you are supplied with nice towels and a large semi comfy bed. The owner is incredibly nice and helped us with any questions we had and book a bus. There are free bananas, coffee and tea 24/7 which was nice. Wifi is good from the common area and from some of the bungalows near the back.
The only con was the restaurant next door plays music and we heard people talking until 2am. putting in some ear plugs and turning on the fan solved that problem though.
Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants to avoid the grimey backpacker scene but still stay a short walk (5 minutes) to the center of town.
