  No English speaking at all, the mama that has a bit is never at reception, got laundry done it came out more stained so don't. Beds were stained. Ant infestations in floor boards . For the cost it was terrible, if it was cheaper I'd say its OK but terrible service and they never clean the rooms unless you ask. Better places on the island for much cheaper.

  This place is great, rooms super clean, large and comfortable. Paid 120 for a double room with AC, or 80 without but this was peak season and may be cheaper at other times.

  Nice guesthouse. About 2 minutes walk from the don det ferry. Big and neat rooms. Good bathroom and hot water is available. Big rooms upto 4 beds are available.Bicycle for rent is available near the guest house to explore the island. Situated near to mekong river and we can enjoy superb view of sunset. Wifi doesn't work.

  Nice guesthouse to get some good sleep, the beds are very comfy. The rooms are basic and cost without air con 40 thousand kip each for a 2 bed room. The bathroom is a good size and there is hot water !! always a bonus. Downside to this guesthouse is that there is no social area, makes up for it though by being so close to the busy part of town.

  very nice guesthouse, very lovely staff. clean and big rooms with a superb view at the river and the sunset. very good located near the center with all its bars and restaurants, but a little aside so its quiet for sleeping. will come back for sure.

  Pros: big room, nice view of the river and potential sunsets, comfi bed, table and chairs, hot shower good water pressure, power sockets next to the bed (just one side), the table and the door. Quite area, nice staff.
  Cons: in room 12 the shower ventilation didn't work so after a shower it was hot and smelly so we changed to room 9. In both rooms there is no mosquito net, no hooks or hangers to dry towels (except one in the toilet where you need one anyways for a hand towel), no place to put the toilet paper so it doesn't get wet while you shower, or a place/shelf/rack to put clothes or anything else except for on the sink or the toilet itself. Staff (one girl only in our case) doesn't speak English very well.
  
  A room with a fan was 60k and with AC 100k.
  Laundry is 8k per kilo.

  Stayed here for two nights in a private double room on the upper floor. The shared balcony is overlooking the inner side of the island with some farm and rice land. The room itself had a big window where you ha d great views onto the river.
  
  Room has been big and clean, bathroom big and clean and all in all very functional. It lacks it bit of Charme or deco, but it offers a very modern and well furnished value for your money. 100k KIP per night per room.
  
  A bit of the street as well as the river so it's quiet. Free Wifi was stable, but typically for the area the Internet connection behind it slow.
  
  Stuff didn't speak English but checkin was uncomplicated and they got even to wash our cloth for 8k KIP per Kilo.

  Good location on the island and looks good overall. It's clean and seems like it's been refurbished recently.
  
  But avoid room no.13 cause it smells really bad non stop.
  They have a clothes washing option but the scale is broken, and ads 2kg to the weight.

  It's a very good guesthouse here on Dondet. The rooms are very big and clean. They have air con in the room and warm water as well.
  The staff is very friendly, and helpfull. If you have any problem they no hesitate to find a solution for you.
  Also laundry service is available and very good and fast.
  All in all its a great choice to stay here. We will come again.
