This was a great learning experience. Mr. Lee was a very great instructor in teaching how he works his farm organically and the benefits it brings him and his family. He showed us how noodles where made! This is definitely a once in a life time experience, very hands on. If your in Laos check him out.! Very happy with Mr. Lee and the homemade noodles.
