Conspicuously well appointed and maintained guesthouse for the 100,000 kip price. Fridge, TV, toiletries, large comfy bed, reliable toilet (although don't push your luck with how much paper you send down at once), and far less mold, decay and creepy-crawlies than similarly priced guesthouses. Wall mounted hot water system. Rooms are quite big, with air-conditioning. The room I stayed in even had an adequate workspace to set up the computer! If you are looking for a place to spend the night in this part of the world, it's an excellent choice.

Very good hotel with cheap price. Only 100k kip. Same price with other guesthouse but the room are more comfortable, clean and quite. Must recommend

Bit reminiscent of the Shining, no check in, empty, no obvious staff, very ornate central garden, but very clean, reason price 100k for garden view with ac and big rooms.
