  Though I never stayed in this hotel but visited there for couple of event. There service part is good. Also there are some airlines reservation offices are there.

  In 1994 this place would have been the jewel of Vientiane but now it has outdated feel. The service is not great although the gym and pool are excellent.

  Had meeting at lobby coffee shop. Very cordially serviced by staffs.
  Got turned off by BAD Breath of a person whom introduced to by a local person tagged along to ordered coffee and cakes. Ended up picking up the tab equals a month allowance of that digger wanting 5 Star Plaza Hotel coffee experience.

  Comfy bed. Great variety of breakfast buffet. Within walking distances to eateries and sightseeing. Only downside is room has thin walls.
