Staff at front desk was very rude. The day before check out I asked for late check out because I was taking a 1pm bus. On the day of check out I was requested to leave my room immediately or I'd be charged another night. Also found a dried contact on the bathroom sink as if the room had not been cleaned. Lastly the safe in the room did not work. Would not stay again

Convenient location but smoke-free room didn’t smell smoke free. Breakfast was less to be desired when French bakeries are plentiful. Slept good all considering.

The hotel is centrally located in Vientiane, it's just a few minutes walk to the Mekong Riverside. However staffs anfld breakfast should be improved.

The hotel was nice and clean with comfortable bed-a treat after where we had been previously. Rooms were small and needed some maintenance (cracks in the door had been stuffed with tissue so people could not peak in, power outlet by bed hanging out of the wall, Shower hook was upside down, but I fixed that, etc.). There was a fridge in the room, which was nice. Breakfast was ample, but unimaginative.
