  The saleswoman was great and spoke good English, cheap price, the ziplining & kayaking was really fun and the guides super friendly and funny! Highly recommended

  We reserved tiket to luangprabang here. Because they told us "we go to city center not bus station." But driver took us to bus station. They are lier. I am so upset now.

  I have booked a bus to Luangprabang here. I was stolen by a minivan driver. I had a good idea about Laos and I was very disappointed. Do not leave any bags in minivans. There are many cases where the driver steals.

  Tour descriptions do not reflect actual tour schedules. Guides are nice but not very informative during long hikes or helpful in community homestay situations.

  짚라인, 튜빙, 버기카, 블루라군3 코스로 했는데 짚라인, 튜빙은 괜찮았음. 버기카는 설명해줄때 자기들게 최신이라고 했는데 다른 업체 버기카랑 비교해봤을때 구식이었음. 루앙프라방 가는 버스도 여기서 했는데 구식벤에 구길로 가서 매우 힘들고 시간도 오래걸림. 자세히 알아보고 다른업체 이용하시는걸 추천합니다. 기본적으로 여기 애들이 사람을 속이려고 함.

  They sold us a ticket for Luang Prabang minivan early morning, which didn't show up. Then they tried to put us into a big bus which would go from the longer and more uncomfortable road. We would belive their lies and get into the bus if we hadn't privately asked the driver! Luckily we realised that, went back to their office; and after loud complaints by us, they returned our money. Of course we lost our sleep and the whole morning and we booked the minivan with another agency in the end.
