Great place. 60k for a room with two beds, ensuite bathroom and a fan. Not super luxurious but very functional. Clean, quiet, helpful staff.

Nice rooms on upper floors (60000kip) with windows & ensuites. Overlooking the river. As nice as it'll get in Pakse. Management could work on their social skills.

We lived it. We met so many travelers. The place is field up with French people. The commun area is awesome, by the river with chairs and hammocks. The rooms have different prices depending on the type. I think it starts at 50 or 60k. Clean room, hot shower the room 14had a hard bed, but better hard then too soft and the water drain didn’t really worked. So we had yet feet if going to the toilet. The staff could be a bit more smiley.

Yes theres a variety of rooms and prices, and its one of the most popular places in a quiet spot by the Xedon river yet right downtown in the "tourist area". Great if you dont have transport yet as you can walk to restaurants, banks, motorbike rental shops.

the owner and staff are typical bad laos..i just went to the this gh and asked 'how much?' the woman said 70k and when i paid for the room after withdrew money from ATM the other woman accept 60k. and i was a bit confused then she asked "how much the other woman said?" i answered 70k she took another 10k and 'oh i thought you stay in 60k room ..but your room is 70k..' but obviously she knew which room i staying because she noticed me get in and out of the room several times anyway the owner of this gh is like "hey pay money" "then go" "i want your money" this kind of person.
i moved to another gh 3min walk from this one cheaper and friendly owner similar room.

Yes, your experience will be determined by the room you are in. They have rooms with and without hot water. Don't know if the air conditioners attached to certain rooms work.

Great location on the bank of the river. It's quiet, has hammocks, laundry service

The experience varies depending on the room you book. We had 3 night in a bungalow that was pretty new, with private bathroom and fan and it was great for 65.000Kp. One night we had an aweful room with no sink in the bathroom, a hole in the floor and no windows (just the mosquito nets where the window should be!). It was simply terrible. So ensure to book a good room!

Simple, laid-back, no-frills, step-back-in-time sort of place (Eg, shared squat toilet & no hot water for the basic rooms) with warm, relaxed, friendly vibe in a great location on the river. For simple, basic, solid accommodation, this place really sets the standard by which other simple, basic guesthouses should be judged.

Chilled, hammocks, river, great host and hostess.. Cheap (got a room with bathroom and shower for 60k).. Why would I stay in a hotel in town? (which btw is only 5 minutes away)

The shared bathroom rooms are the cheapest I can find in town, and the rooms are great for the price! I don't know why it's cheap except that it's off the main road (giving it a beautiful river view).
