Pak Ou Cave half day tour and Waterfall
half day tour. Actually they offer transportation than a tour. No your guide, only driver. Price is fair. Better beware of their tour time.response / report this review -

This was a huge disappointment and we felt that the proprietor was not honest with us. We booked a trip to the waterfall but needed to be back to check out of our hotel at 12:30. We were supposed to leave at 9 but, because it was a shared ride, we did not leave until 9:30. When we arrived at the waterfalls, the driver said we were to meet at 12:30 to leave. When we became upset, he called the proprietor who assured us we would leave by 11:30. Of course, when we returned to the parking lot, no one was around and we were forced to pay more to hire a taxi to return us to town. The proprietor refused to take any responsibility despite admitting that she had told us we we would be back by 12:30. Not honest.

For our afternoon trip to Kuang si Falls, I specifically asked the receptionist at Jewel about seat belts. She assured me that each person in the minivan would have a seat belt. We were seated in the back and there were NO SEAT BELTS. The road is not great and the driver drove very fast. We rattled away in the back. Thankfully, we made it to the Falls and back safely.
