  I have booked a bus from this agency from Vientiane to Thakhek. When I arrived at the pickup time they told me I should have wait 3 hours because the time was written wrong. There was a bus I could have catched but they didn't want me to pick up at the bus station and made me wait on purpose. I asked for my money back because I didn't received the service I paid for and was written on a contract signed. The staff was quite nice, but when I spoked to the boss at the phone he was rude and hanged the telephone without a word.

  Relaxing massage, but the massager wasn't so confident, probably she was still learning. Also we asked for a head, shoulder and back massage and they gave us a full body Laos traditional massage, only this time was much softer. If you want a better experience, you must be emphatic on what you want, not only for the receptionist but also for the person who will massage you. Tell them you'd like an experient massager, what kind of massage you want and if you want it soft or strong.
