  Good value (paid 80,000 kip one night). Rooms were clean. WiFi signal not very strong farther away from reception. Hot water. Good choice for a low cost place.

  very nice and helpful staff, the room was clean, hot water works, but no air condition (not needed). very good value for money. However, it is right noisy, you hear everything that happens outside.

  Great confort standard in terlsnof bedding and bathroom. Spacious bedroom with a small desk, a bug plus for working travelers like me.

  The guest house is ok itself clean and cheap . But don t go when there are corean students , you cannot sleep!!

  Clean, comfortable, quiet. Not sure if it was the receptionist's confusion with English, or he may have originally tried to double our priceIn the end, very reasonable at 80,000kp per night
