  Good price, nice room, luke warm shower, complementary hot water for tea and coffee, friendly staff, quiet but convenient location (best Vietnamese and western resteraunts and coffee shops next door), and ample gated parking for cars or motorbikes. My go to in Phonsavanh.

  I stayed 3 weeks in this guesthouse. So I took the cheapest room which was around 60000 LAK per night.
  
  Considering this cheap price I cannot complain but the WiFi was slow really slow and my shower had just a few drops of warm water.
  Otherwise, the cleaning staff did a good job, you gonna have free water/(nes)coffee and owner is obliging.
  
  One more tip, if you travel in couple, its better to go asking the price alone.

  Good shower, soft bed (firm by western standards but soft by Vietnamese standard), complimentary tea & coffee, good wifi, friendly owners. Close to amenities

  Strategy location, near to minivan station which located inside market, bus depart to Vientiane also can started from here. MAG & UXO within 100m. Owner are friendly. Water dispenser place outside 1st building, with coffee and hot water, accessible plug point (very helpful if you leaving at night), 1,unit toilet outside building.
