  To be honest, there is nothing much things differ from Chiang Rai for the items sold here. Some items like local alcohol, cigarettessold here. Try do more bargaining here.

  Though there wasn't much to see except to get some Lao Beer it was a must do thing for visitor if they are visiting Golden Triangle Chiang Rai.
  Here u will find noisy tourist haggling and speaking.
  For the more adventurous one can try the wine soaked with snake etc.

  A marketplace in the poorest part of Laos. It is nice to leave some money there for the poor. Hope they really get something of what they sell. Definitely not a happy type of place.

  A glimpse of history - a step away from Laos. Make sure you try the snake, scorpion and tiger penis whiskies! Great leather goods, ensure you bargain well
