Extremely clean guesthouse with beautiful large rooms. Stayed in large twin/family room that overlooked rice paddys and the mountains with aircon for 150000 kip per night. Shown king/dble room which was smaller (maybe 20m2) for 120000 kip. You are left completely alone, but if you need something, someone is generally nearby. Location is just beyond edge of town where footpath ends. No Roosters or dogs heard but other guests can occasionally be noisy. Wifi is dial up speed and english is very limited. (No other Westeners seen during our stay ) Stayed almost two weeks and really enjoyed our time here.
