  If you drink alcohol, you can try Lao wine and whiskey here. Local handmade fabrics are also sold here. Price is reasonable.

  Un magasin de souvenirs de la taille d'un village. Tissage et alcools essentiellement. Il y a un petit temple très joli quand même.

  We stopped here on out way to Pak Ou caves. It is short stop that allows you to watch how the rice whiskey is made. You can also walk around the village and buy drinks and ice creams. Worth stopping if you on a passing boat but not worth the journey specifically for this.

  Ban Xang Hai village is on the way Mekong boat cruise trip to Luang Prabang, where they sell Lao whisky and weaving

  Lots of handicrafts here. Of course, the whisky. And ferry to Pok Ou Caves.
