We took the noodle chicken soup and it was by far one of the best soup we've eaten. The presentation is worth a picture. You will not regret it.

Truly a wonderful meal to have for our last dinner in Laos! The black sticky rice that accompanied our curry and Luang Prabang sausage was magnificent and overall the prices were VERY recently. It is very easily accessible if you're downtown as it is in the heart of the city centre and I would definitely recommend the place for other tourists looking to taste authentic Laotian food!

I had the lao authentic set meal, eggplant curry and a chocolate ice cream crepe. I liked the sesame pork! There are no kids meals, but kids will like the food. There is fish and chips too.

Tried Laos Fusion for two. Ingredients were good especially the coconut soup but overall not spicy and something was missing (mild taste).. there are better local options nearby..

Best cooking class!
We got a cookbook and could pick the dishes we wanted to learn how to cook. After an interesting visit on a local market we started learning about the different ingredients and the cutting techniques.
The chef Linda was very competent and customer-oriented. It was a great experience and a lot of fun.

Recommended by my villa manager as this is one of several more authentic Laos restaurant. I walk in Bamboo Tree at a raining night and the place was almost full. There is barely any decor but I feel simmered in a place with authenticity. The food served are slightly elevated in presentation but originality are absolutely preserved. I bet the view during the day time will be even better. Sitting in its patio and sipping wine would be an indulgent.

The bamboo tree runs a cooking school and restaurant. They have a bunch of sampler sets, and also vegetarian dishes if thats your thing. The staff were very friendly and nice. The food very tasty, a much better choice then next door tamarind restaurant/cooking school.
