We had such a great experience dining at Turfa. The Manager Dastan organized everything perfectly. He made sure my guests had the best time possible! The food was great, meat was melting in our mouth and kebabs were amazing!!! I'll I definitely come next time.

I like this restaurant since it is well located, it has reasonable quality and price. They have plenty of different Kazakh, Turkish and Uygur style dishes to choose from. The architecture and design of the restaurant is also interesting. There are some small fish and a poor bird in a cage in the restaurant to entertain the kids.
Special rooms are also available for about 5 USD within the restaurant, where you have more privacy and room for your legs!

Super nice restaurant with amazing food! We had to wait quiet a while until we were attended and helped at the table but once the food arrived we were sooo happy. I wouldn't recommend salads but the main dish with the homemade noodles that look like spaghetti was more than amazing!

The place offers good value. Lots of young waiters whom you have to call up expressly (eye contact and patience won't help). Children-friendly and inexpensive. Serves Turkish and other Turkic food. Not a small menu to look through, but the choice is usually made easier by the fact that some items won't be available) I liked their soups and found the baclava decent, and the tea and lemon offering generous. Their kimzyak bylik (hearty fish and vegetable stew) is my new favorite comfort food. They don't split checks, but do accept cards.

One of the nicest "Eastern Cuisine" places in town. Nice atmosphere, excellent service, a good variety of cuisines ranging from Uyghur/Western China to Turkish, and reasonable prices. It can be busy, but it is almost always a safe bet for a group, offering guests to Astana a nice taste of what locals also enjoy.
