it is one of the best quality service hotel in Almaty. rooms are comfortable and wide.

Looks like hotel was not refurbished since the opening. Room was dusty. Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. Money paid not worth it. From other-side location is good for walking in parks near by.

Its very good hotel for business purposes in Almaty. Its located near big business centers - 5 min by car or 15 min by walk. There are some good restaurants inside. Also, the breakfast is truly great. Rooms are comfortable and service is excellent.

This is still one of the top-hotels in Almaty. The hotel has a good location in the top of the city not far from main business centers. Asking the rooms with view to East and South you will have a perfect view in you window to mountains. Hotel has all services of 5 stars hotel.

Schönes Ambiente, nettes Personal. Immer sauber.
Im Spabereich arbeitet eine unglaublich gute Ärztin, zu der ich schon seit Jahren gehe, die dort als Kosmetikerin angestellt ist- außerdem Ankara hat einen wirklich gelungenen Spa Bereich!

Более 20 лет я посещаю SPA ANKARA. Место лучше я не встречал, да и не искал.Здесь всегда тихо и уютно. Можно просто поспать, купаться в бассейне, полежать на мраморных камнях и т.д. Одним словом, турецкий подход к сервису!
