Brilliant! Not stayed overnight but the food and service are the best on the mountain. The views are amazing. I recommend the breakfasts and hot blackberry punch. On sunny days it has a great terrace to sit out on to enjoy the sunshine. Located just next to the halfway point on the lifts, it's accessible to both skiers and pedestrians.

Wooden place, warm and provides variety of dishes. Clean place but I noticed some cutlery is not cleaned well. Staff is good, and the prices are high.

The location is fabulous, the staff too, the food is good. They made a bonfire for us with mash mellows. Great evening. They need to tackle the problem of mosquitos in the dining room.

Stayed in March 2015 for a business meeting and some skiing. Nice sauna, very good hotel for such altitude. Food was very tasty.

Great experience. Good and pleasant service. Need to take gondola up to the hotel from Shymbulak (about 10 USD). Get to Shymbulak from Medeo by another gondola (about 8 USD) or take a minivan (0.8 USD). For minivan go all way up to Medeo center (can go by local bus #12 from Kazakhstan hotel, Dostyk avenue). Food is good. Ambience is great.
