Located in the older part of the city, Barely is a nice place to try. However, in my idea, the prices are a bit higher than normal, and the quality of the food is Ok. If you want to dance a bit, you may choose this place. There is a band playing music and singing songs in the evening time, after 10 pm. On the other hand, the volume of the music is so high that after that time, it is literally so difficult to have a normal conversation, as you need to approach the ear of your friend to have him/her hearing you. There is also a public parking space in front of the place, making it convenient to visit it by your own car. It is located besides the Imanov street, right around the intersection, making it easily accessible.

A wanna-be posh place where the cool kids gather to show off their coolness. Overpriced and boring. The interior is expensive and tasteful, but gives off unoriginality like it was put together for the visitors to take good selfies.

it feels like you are in restaurant in any european city.
the food really good, not that i am expert but according their menu the chef is michlen star, as i said i am not an expert but from the teast of food i beleive this statment
also this place is good for saturday night going out.
kitchen is european and asian mix, you could ahve nice raviolli and pasta at the same time sushi or steak, you think it will be cheap? nope it is not but still it is cheap if you compare price in Euroresponse / report this review -

European atmosphere, nice and clean place with live music from 10 pm, professional service, good prices, big choices of cocktails and whiskey but only one local beer (do not recommend). It is necessary to reserve a table for dinner
