  Нормальный отель. Персонал вежливый. Номер убирали каждый день. Все чисто. Телевидение на трех языках. И не надо врать, что только новости на русском. Цена соответствует уровню отеля. Вызов такси самостоятельно обходится дешевле везде. Не только в этом отеле.

  Очень приличная гостиница. Персонал вежливый. В обстановку и оборудование номеров вложено много средств, гораздо больше, чем в среднем для Астаны. Еда на кофе-брейках хорошая. Еда на завтраки и фуршета не соответствует по уровню цене и обстановке гостиницы ;-) И в холле, конечно, не должно быть запахов кухни, в том числе масла на котором жаря не первый день 😀
