  Pretty shocking. Huge room with no heating as it broke. Far from cosy. Room service rather relaxed.

  THis hotel is 4 stars but is by far the best 4 stars I have ever been. Everything fine though I didn't go to the SPA. Maybe next time :)

  The hotel is in a very good location.
  Service is OK
  The rooms are quite big but a bit old fashion.
  The separate chamber was nice but strange with no window.
  Strong cigarette smell in the room.
