  It is a good hotel, very reasonable price, but the fact that the rooms get super hot during the heating period, is not a good thing. Windows cannot open and doors are the only thing that can be opened. Nice and effective lobby, very acceptable breakfast, cool bar and welcoming personnel. But the super hot rooms are not cool.

  Great Hotel! Loved it during my stay for the EXPO in Astana. Very friendly and helpful people. Great meals in the evening after an long working day and great drinks. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The Housekeeping does an great job! When visiting Kazakstan again, it´s my first choice :)

  Real good IBIS Quality, like IBIS Style. Friendly staff, sometimes a little forgettable, but very smart to be better. Prefer!

  Lower end hotel, excellent for overnight transit or weekend visit. Breakfast ok but evening meals need to be improved. Plenty of excellent restaurants close by.

  Standard room: really small, quite clean but definitely used, no kettle and welcome tee/coffee in the room, terrible linen (not 100% cotton), wifi didn't work in some parts of the room (10th floor).
