It's excellent hotel near the Astana tower

We landed pretty late at night and ordered a car from the hotel to pick us up. He driver was there we didnt even have to wait and the ride took maybe 20min. He was friendly and really nice. The check in was fast, even got a welcome drink and a warm smile from the receptionist. The hotel itself is quite small but its just perfect. Our room was huge, the beds comfortable and everything else good too. All the people who work there are so nice and kind, always smiling and trying to make us happy in every possible way. The breakfast is so good i felt full everx single way and didnt even want to have lunch until like 4pm. This little hotel felt more like a 4* or even a 5* hotel because they really want to make you feel that way. We got muffins and tea late night as a surprise one day and on the last day they let us stay until 7pm for free. I would go back any time and I will probably. Thank you for everything:)

Всё хорошо, номер был огромный с высокими потолками. После заселения принесли горячий чай и кекс. Доброжелательный персонал.
