  Good hotel to stay in almaty. But rooms are too small and cozy.

  There is a good dinning Hall and room. In bathroom door was not working well. Fan was not working too. Desing is ok.

  Nicht zu empfehlen. Im Winter hat man die Wahl zwischen 40 Grad (Fenster zu) oder 0 Grad (Fenster auf). Eine andere Regelung gab es nicht. Auch gab es teilweise kein Wasser oder nur kaltes Wasser. An einem Tag kam sogar rostbraunes Wasser aus der Dusche. Gut ist alles das Restaurant im Hotel.

  I had a fantastic stay . Very courteous staff always willing to listen to you . Superb breakfast . Will feel no hesitation in staying the same hotel on next visit .

  Удобное месторасположение. Быстрое заселение. Приветливый персонал. Номер стандарт тесный. В душе протекает лейка. Горячую воду нужно ждать мин. 10, пропуская воду. В номере чисто. Постель чистая. Завтрак шведский стол, но выбор скудный.

  This hotel is expensive for what you get. for this money I would expect so much better when compared to western Europe hotels. Staff speak good English, but do not do anything out of their way to help. The shower in my room leaks, and will go from Ice to red hot magma in seconds and back again. Looks like its been broken a long time.
  
  However, wifi is ok, room is clean, Breakfast is a buffet, and is not kept refrigerated.
  
  I would not choose to stay here again.
  
  watch out if you ask them to book you a taxi to the aiport, 3000 kzt for the taxi, paid in cash .. or via the hotel, for the same taxi, 3,500 kzt per person
