Nothing gets resolved here my last experience with them made me take my chances and not pay extra for warranty, matter of fact, I try to look into buying whatever I need from any other store
Customer service puts you in a loop, reminds me of getting paper work done in a governmental sector. Skip the counter if they give you headache and talk to the manager. He usually tells what can and can't be done instead of being passed around
Parking outside is terrible!
I gave them 2 stars just because the manager was nice

I am disgusted by Alghanim electronics. They should lose their iso certificate. I am willing to sign a petition and file a case with each brand they hold and with the ISO Certified’s plus the bbb in America.

We do realize their products are great, but the follow up services such as warranty and repair people are the most hopeless. They promise to come and repair within 48 hours but take 1 week . Please improve your service. Thank you for your hard work ☺️

Worst place ever
Never buying from xcite
It is the worst warranty need 15 days to fix almost anything.
Customer care won't even try to help.
If you buy from them you are mostly burying without warranty.

Epic failure! Why?
Let's start with the in store experience, salesmen have no idea about the products they are representing , so don't get disappointed when you hear an explanation about a certain product and find out features missing when home and using it
*Online experience! And this is a scratch and you might win experience:
You browse the products and finally decide to buy the amazing piece, added to cart and arrived after depends when they feel like delivering since the 24-48 hours doesn't actually exist
Product arrives ! Wait what I did not order this, this is not what was there on the website.. So you decide to call them and that's where the drama kicks in and you will have to accept the piece of s**t they decided to be part of your household item..
Few days later they call to ask about your experience, and you tell them it's awful, they apologies- that's sweet , yet useless. You receive and email from them asking you to rate your experience, you rate and submit guess what review denied.

It's unfortunate how much thus place is lacking management and respect for clients and Xcite customers who paid money to buy from the store.
I took a number & waited while all the employees were taking numbers that begin with 2000 while mine began with 1000!
I had to go to the manager & stress this problem so he solved it after I got angry and wasted my time.

Read the 1 star reviews. Do not buy from Alghanim Xcite. Sure if you want a product that can be considered trash the second you walk out of the showroom, then by all means purchase the item. If you want Xcite to stand behind the product and follow up with the consumer on issues that may arise from faulty tech, then stay very far from this company.

Don't even desire 1 star. Worst service ever. To Mr. Owner u spent millions and millions on making your showrooms to attract people and when they need service, u made the worst centers. This is your customer dealing? Its scorching heat outside and inside the srvice center even the Ac is not working. Seems like no ventilation that its smells so bad. The furniture is so old and dirty. 10 counters among which 2 are never available. The staff is so slow and takes hours to deal with one customer. In xcite you sell Ac's also.. can't you even replace the Ac of this this service center? Will never ever Buy anything from Alghanim

Worst company and customer service. They were procrastinating with my item check-up (a laptop) then later call to ask me to rate their service while I didn’t get any news about my laptop and whether it needs a repair. Funny. Later on, they inform me about the repairs cost (which is almost the same as the laptop price). Greedy company.

I have steam generator Philips, warranty finished already and its stop working. So I brought it to service center. After 5 days I got call. I bought this generator for 70 kd and they told me repair will cost 73 kd and I have to wait 2 weeks and Xcite selling same new one for 65 kd. no logic at all

Some things are over priced. And don’t ask for help cuz the sales man gets a percentage of what u buy, so the more expensive the better for him, not u!

Poor customer service.. I bought the instagram camera with one year warranty, the battery was faulty since the day I bought it .. went to avenues to return it they told me that I have to go to the service center to check it! At the service center they checked it, then they said that it has scratches we can not accept it and if you want you have to pay for the checking and if it needs fixation you need to pay also for it! They want us to pay extra money for the antitheft and damage warranty! Finally I hated the camera and threw it.

I am also unhappy with your customer service. I buy i phone 7 plus from x cite Farwaniyah 2 months back now it is getting hot and battery dropping fast. I went x cite Service center, they told me for my phone service and warrany is not provided by them by the dealers only. They sent a mail to central section for knowing the dealer. They told me they will call back but unfortunately they missed me never call. This is very difficult for us .
