  Got Lenovo legion at the best rate, excellent and understanding salesman except for the staff at cashier , they were rude , hence the 4 star.

  I like Eureka but this one is very bad! If you want to pay your item, you have to go to the top floor at the cashier and the location for pick-up item is in the basement number 1!
  
  The elevator is very slow, very small and very smelly!!! Its waste of time!!!!!!!!!

  Worst place ever I gave them my I phone 6 plud under warranty and for 7 days they didn't even let me know wether it's going to be fixed or not and still nothing from them if I'll be rating the after service it would be the worst and the worst experience

  I gave them my iphone 7 for a fix under warranty since 2nd of july. Till today, 9th of July I havent received it. Knowing that the phone was repaired and fixed since Wednesday but for some reason they dont to hand it to me claiming that it is the insurance company fault.
  Their call center is just useless and is the worst in terms of handling customers. They are "programmed" in saying "we will have them call you back" and you can feel that they just want to hang up with you by their attitude. I will NEVER buy from Eureka again and i will make sure to pass this experience to all friends and relatives.
  This doesnt even deserve one star. I will gladly have my next purchase be at xcite no matter the price.

  You pick some thing on the ground floor
  You head to the cashier on the first floor
  Then you collect it from the basement
  
  There are only two small elevators to and from the basement
  If the place is crowded you might stuck in the basement for 30 minutes waiting for an elevator
  
  You are not allowed to use the stairs
  
  Stupidity is something they seek
