Very poor customer service..ordered a cake for a birthday where i specifically mentioned to put up the message..and they FORGOT to do so..carelessness and no respect for customer

I got the Chocolate ganache with raspberry, I paid 22kd, It is more expensive than the other bakeries but it does taste better. Anyways, their cakes are for special occasion, it isn't a treat to have regularly due to the price.

The 20KD mango cheesecake is a mousse cake. It was a big disappointment given the two are absolutely not the same. What I don't like about this place is that they expect us to take the cake back to them so they can inspect it and tell us that we are wrong. You don't buy a cake for an occasion and be expected to hold back the celebrations and take the thing back to the store. BAD customer service.
