Very nice business tower it might be little expensive for rent although it has a dynamite sea view & it's in the middle of the downtown , though don't think twice to valet ur car otherwise try to get earlier than ur appointment for at least 15 min for self parking ;)

Great place to work, however terrible place to find a parking spot. They're building a multistory parking complex but it will take 20 months from date of this review to finish it.
