Transcrate have given me one of the best experiences I've ever had with shipping. They did everything they promised, they did it on time, and my shipment arrived in immaculate condition. Took great care of my house move, they made it a very smooth experience. Everything was taken care of by the team at the house, and the clearance team was lightening quick at getting the my personal things out of the port. Couldn’t have have had a better experience.

Excellent service for all the emergency medical that I needed out of the UK & Canada. They took care of all the paperwork, clearing the items all on the same day from the airport which seemed like an impossibility at the time. The staff were extremely efficient and took care of the details so everything was done beyond my expectations.

I have tried many logistics and clearance companies in Kuwait but Transcrate was by far the best.
They handled freight and cleared all my items from customs in a record amount of time without any hassle.
Their customer service is great, very knowledgeable and friendly and were able to overcome all obstacles I used to encounter with other companies

I've never had such peace of mind while getting important equipment shipped and cleared. I've used them on 4 different occasions and what blows me away each time is their consistency in exactly meeting set expectations. Great Great Service! With a fantastic team for all the needs of our company, moved all the components from Jebel Ali and sorted all our paperwork quickly as needed for the right price. An excellent company that moved out containers from China to Kuwait and Spain to Kuwait. Building materials and more, very smooth and to all project locations. Excellent team, will do business again. Moving to your home town just before Christmas can get quite hectic. But not when you seek help from experts such as TransCrate International Logistics.
These guys are simply great. From the top management to the packing and moving Staff, everyone is so humble and polite. They just make your move so smooth and reliable in a blink of an eye. Excellent service is assured at all times.They are the new definition for 'Perfectionist'.

My husband & I had been planning for a while to move back home. We got quotes from various companies but the customer service at Transcrate Logistics won us over from the start. Very professional & courteous from the estimator down to the packers. They were on time, packed efficiently and shipped our goods to the US. All our items are now safely in our beautiful new home and we have the Packing & Removals team at Transcrate Logistics to thank. We highly recommend their services!

As it is moving can be a troubling event, but Transcrate packing and removals team did such a fantastic job that i would gladly use them again should the occasion arise in the future. What stood out the most was after having moved several times and having used various other agencies the quality of service offered by Transcrate was among one the best we have ever encountered right from the start. The punctuality of the surveyor and the speed of service was great The packers did an impeccable job and were very polite and courteous. Definitely would recommend them to friends in the future

Last week used Transcrate services to ship personal effects and a 56 Inch smart T.V. to Manchester.. They picked the stuff from my door crated it and shipped it door to door.. Everything arrived safely and the movers were very polite and efficient.. Excellent service and great Job well done..!!

Excellent service, quick to resolve issues with customs, got my Items from the UK & US in perfect condition at a reasonable rate and delivered right to my house. They are not the cheapest but if you are looking for the best in service these guys will handle it.
