One of the worst companies to deal with in terms of delivery. I never knew people could be this incompetent but PC Kuwait didn't fail to amaze me. I ordered an item over the phone since I didn't find it on their site. Then, the salesman put me on hold for a solid 5 minutes on the line to take care of walk-in customers who came in after I called. After telling him where I wanted my item to be delivered he informed me it would arrive within the hour and would cost 3 kd extra for delivery (which I thought was a lot but considering it was going to be delivered in an hour I agreed). Two hours pass by only to receive a call from the incompetent delivery driver telling me he is in another area and tried to ring the doorbell of a random house and no one answered. I tried to explain to him where I wanted it to be delivered but his incompetence was clouding his ability to comprehend anything. After 20 minutes I called him again to check where he was and he told me he was in another area. I told him to cancel the order and he got angry at me and I closed the phone. During that whole time I tried calling the hotline for the company and no one answered. I called 4 times.

My experience was pretty awful. I called to buy a computer and to inquire about prices. My phone call lasted a whopping 56 seconds and was turned down from buying a computer! Thanks for the great customer service. I mean, I've bought from here before but this conversation is going to make it tough for me to even walk in again!
