  I went to apply for a permanent visa for my wife I reached there before 9 am I got a token number 2 they started at 9:50 and my visa was issued by 10:10 a.m. The staff is very cooperative and the visa processing is very fast. As individually should ensure your documents are proper so that there will be no problem.

  I came here to transfer the residency information from Old passport to new, for my wife. Very well planned place, very efficient and welcoming staff. The whole process took around 15 min (I reached the place around 7:30am). God bless kind people.

  Ramadan time : 8 to 2.. For visiting visa : First Floor . Need to Take token for all kind of services.. there will be a queue from morning 7 itself..
