This place is a wanna be copy of the USA one but is not even close. The trainer is rude and th rules are beyond normal. Get over yourselves.

Unprofessional unprofessional unprofessional, you need to realize your type of business revolves around customers and customer care, my friend made an appointment for her and her friend, they arrived 2 mins late and the front desk staff asked them to go change and after they went and changed they kicked them out saying no space no space, what happened to the reservationsAre you kidding me? Why on earth would you ask for reservations and then overbook your dumb class, typical third world country attitude.

My mum has been loosing weight ever since she came there I also enjoy playing sports with her trainer as well
