  The center includes a great variety of equipment for those who prefer aerobics, general exercising, weight lifting and special courses.
  Many trainers are available and they can communicate in several languages.
  Other facilities such as swimming pool, hot and cold jacuzzi, heat and steam sauna, lockers, table tennis, squash and baby foot.
  All facilities in the center are covered by your membership except private trainer.
  I recommend long duration memberships as it gives you the best value our of your money.

  i am a member of stretch from last 6-8 months, its the Best gym so far i hav been to in kuwait. They conduct different sessions every day, swimming pool is really nice and clean. For TT and squash they hav time boundations which allows everyone fair chance to play :) Overall gym has all the facilities one want :D

  State of the art and clean facilities, with well maintained equipment. Includes swimming pool, squash court, table tennis, aerobics, spin, sauna, jacuzzi etc. Overall a great place for fitness training

  The sweeming pool is not under control.. the music sometime is to high and the trainer usually don't talk but scream all the time. In this moment is impossible to relax.. when is quiet is perfect..

  Good size pool but overall facility is distributed on two floors. Nice squash court but only one.

  It is an excellent fitness center where you can find high quality gym, amazing swimming pool and squash place. There are many daily activities for everyone like aqua fitness and swimming academy.

  The pool is good and the yearly discounted membership is considered a good price, the gym itself is small but the cardio machines are widely available, body building machines are few so this wont ve your place if your looking for body builing only.
