Ideal location for business, located at the heart of city.

A business-focused tower with luxurious offices. At the heart of the capital Kuwait City, it is easily accessible from everywhere in Kuwait. Multistory car parking is available, so are a few dining options. I believe the size of the tower and offices in proportion to the parking is disastrous. Soon when all tenants rent the offices it will be very difficult to find a parking spot.

Nice place, cool vibe. Residential & office tower, with shops and restaurants downstairs. The apartments which I have personally witnessed are great with a good modern design. The view from up above is amazing.

For quick padis and manis or a blowdry, there are 2 lady salons and the service is excellent. Satisfactory options for coffee or breakfast. Clothing shops are expensive.

Good place to spend a quiet night to study or gathering your thoughts at Caribou Cafe or at the other two cafes there. Since it’s a tower focused on business, so the tower is almost vacant after 6.
