Great room and friendly staff. The location is also excellent.
I recommend to have nice water playground for kids (e.g. water slides). I expected fun and modern facilities for kids.response / report this review -

Luxury resort and spa with direct access to beach. Spacious rooms. Excellent service. Located in the heart of Kuwait Shopping district and a short drive to the exhibition grounds. Lot of dine in options are available just few minutes walk from the resort

Nice hotel though feels more like a local hotel. Has an access to the water front of the gulf and have a nice swimming pool that mostly empty. It’s a big resort though internally not that nice specially the entrance. The rooms close to the entrance is quite from inside but once you get out of the room you hear white noise probably from the ACs or the motors of the water pumps of the swimming pool.

Good hotel with great location and excellent buffet. Think it needs to improve maintaince and upkeep to be on par with a 5 star hotel which is not easy. Prajit and Ahmed from house keeping were quick and friendly.

It was a great stay at this hotel, aminities are good, rooms are spacious and clean, staff are very courteous and helpful. I will recommend this resort to all my friends and family.

Nice resort with access to the beach. Very nice restaurant. Helpful housekeeping staff like Joy. Wish like smaller kids, they will have more activities for older ones. Concierge service can be improved.

Hi. I booked a suite on the new year. The suite was great. Clean and neat workers were polite and friendly . At 9:00 pm the DJ at the beach started. It was too loud. We could not sleep well because of that noise. In the morning we headed to the restaurant for breakfast. Our host name Mahash in the outdoor tables. I asked him to bring me water for my kid.he said fine then he went back to his place. Then a guy in other table call for him then he run inside the restaurant to get his order . After 10 min. He came to take the dirty plates then I asked him again for my kid water. He said sorry I will bring it now. I told him too late my husband already bring it for me. Then he simply left. Then I asked for a cup of coffee. It was old cold cofee he get it from a thermal thermos.! With a used selver disposal spoon!!!!!! I was shocked how this happened in 5 star hotels. I will never think about coming there again. Even when I talked to the responsible person. He did not apologize although he was chatting and smiling to other tables !!!

Quaint and rustic. This place serves best as a quick and short weekend getaway with your family. Has a good and efficient parking facility, extensive and well located swimming pools for kids and even adults to satisfactorily enjoy short holidays and weekends. Not the first choice for long stay or corporate visits, as there are no departmental stores easily accessible on foot for daily needs.

They are reputed but expensive and you can do a lot more in the hotel. It has nice cosy and attractive rooms, When u are out there many food Joints, from Italian to Indian to Thai etc.. etc..

Comfortable and spacious rooms. The buffet breakfast has a diverse and delicious selection. The private beach area and the pools make a great touch to an already nice hotel.

I stayed there for about a month .The hotel has an excellent location with most rooms having a Seaview. The staff is very friendly and polite and are well trained to give the best customer service .They have a daily buffet which showcases different cuisines from different countries. My favourite was seafood Thursday dinner. The only thing l would change though is the music they play in the restaurant which became a monotonous sad melody after some time staying there.l was particularly impressed by two very professional staff from house keeping (Alfonso and Rida) who went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.Keep up the good work and see you on my next trip.

The location view of rooms are nicely arranged but for my experience this time I had the reception lady who was not polite In her conversation to me plus she have giving wrong pass for security parking guard. The hotel security guard team are not having proper coordination with reception desks and seems no process is made, Plus the security guards are totally un organized and they don't follow a clear process for all hotel guests equally and it's up to their mode in how they will check you out or not at all or what they will check so it's personal and not a clear Procedure they are following and they do destroy all the good sides of the hotel and destroy your mode for the full day as well with their treatment
