It is a good place where you can see the gulf from your room. It is very clean. Food is tasty. Room service and reception are very gteat. Far from the city and shopping.

The gym should not allow kids to workout and play around.

- The smell is very horrible in here and air refreshners are everywhere as if this is resolving the problem.
I really hated it.
- Weights are thrown everywhere.
- have noted and told them to move some
Equipments so we don’t get hurt but no one really cares.
- I really don’t recommend anyone joining the facility

It's as expected from holiday inn. I put the don't disturb door handle yet they entered the room. It was annoying especially paying a premium for the room. Breakfast was good with many options.

Excellent Rooms, hospitality, service and ambiance. Very friendly staff. Best part is the location which makes it easy to commute to any other location (specially beach) in Kuwait.

We went to Jamawar Restaurant. We had tasty vegetarian food. Atmosphere was very good. Service was very good.

There name is enough to describe, quality and world class service is what they offer. They are sure all there guests are pampered equally. You need to really try once, they all amenities like, Gym, yoga center, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sona bath . World famous cuisines and much more..

It's wonderful hotel, inside the hotel is nice and cosy. There are many facilities, visitors can use.

Parking is a little problem sometimes. I would really like if the staff talk to all people little bit more nicer without any difference.

Excellent hospitality and very good ambience. Especially the staff is very cooperative. One can stay very comfortable either with friends or with family. great experience. Whatever pics they have been displayed on the portal are totally true. I need to appreciate especially the international standards Gym and very nice swimming pool.

Tried Hotel's Rib Eye Restaurant their steak offerings are very good needs improvement in regards to its vegetable & potatoes side dish their waitresses are moody and not courteous they definitely need intensive hospitality training or increse their paycheck or to be replaced if you are in for good steak then this is the place to visit but you need to ware your hat of patience

I have stayed here several times, but this was the first time I stayed for four nights. The staff is friendly and helpful and the staff at the reception are very able. The rooms are big enough and clean. I had a room with 2 double beds which was welcome in my longer stay. There is a bar, TV and good air-conditioning in the room. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, a shower in the bath and complimentary shampoo. If you forgot your toiletries they will be brought to your room, also complimentary. Breakfast is extensive with enough choice like cereal, freshly made omelet/eggs, fruit, 4 types of juice, warm and cold food and (special) coffee and tea. There are also several restaurants in the hotel in which I have eaten. The steak house has a good burger, but the seaweed for the sushi at the Japanese restaurant was tough to get through and the fish had little taste.
Overall I had a very good stay and a good experience.
