-صورة البطاقة المدنية للكفيل.
-دفع الرسوم: الطفل ٣٠ دينار و الزوجة ٤٠ دينار.

وقت الانتظار حوالي نصف ساعه.

توجد الخدمة السريعه لاصدار التأمين الصحي مقابل دفع رسوم اضافيه.

Fast service provided you have all the documents. During Ramadan? It opens at 9:30am. If you are coming from mahboula, take a 102A bus and go down at the 1st bus stop after the 4th ring exit, Walk your way through a foot bridge to get on the other side of the road. You will see the office right after you get down the footbridge to the left.
