  A big leap from the old building. Much more organized. Employees are mostly friendly and helpful. There is a big parking. Waiting time here is generally not long which is sonething great when dealing with any governoment agency. Be careful though when going there because the streets that usually lead to this place are now being reengineered and you can't rely on the usual google maps.
