The work flow is not efficient you have to move back and forth between the same offices if you are using insurance coverage.

Worst hospital when I was a 2 years old they where taking my tooth off and putting me on the TV wile I was crying and it was embarrassing.
The floor is dirty jues and milk and teshos all over the floor it's disgusting
And it smells bad. And you need to wait for hours in the reception.

It’s one of the best private hospitals ever when it comes to the price the staff are great, doctors are really really nice. The last time I went there, there was a staff asked us about a lot of things, it’s like a survey and they so care a lot about patients.

One of the oldest private hospitals in Kuwait. Although the facade of the building is old, the rooms and operating theater have been renovated. The doctors and nursing staff are very helpful and accommodating. I did a turbnectomy operation with Dr. Abdulla Al-Ali and it went very well.

Based on my experience, there are much better hospitals than here.
The doctors here describe a lot of expensive and unnecessary medicines
The dentist are good
You have to wait around 15 minutes at reception as insurance holder processes

Had mixed experiences. Sometimes because of their meetings had to wait hours for Doctors. Some staff not doing a good job, their work look casual.
