Inexperienced. Facial done with no proper preparation or hygiene. Gloves put on were used not only to handle equipment, but to hold the doors, to touch the client’s face. No changing of gloves in between handling, no proper hand washing technique.

Facial steam done with no face protection which could harm and burn the face when close. Bedding was too high and not adjusted. Pores were open with steam, closed with cream and they planned to open them once again with a scrub AFTER applying a coticosteroid and antibiotic cream.

OPEN pores. CLOSE pores. OPEN pores. This is not the process. You open them gradually, then close them as appropriate. You don’t jump from one to another.

Facial was discontinued even after client asked to proceed without the exfoliation. Lack of dermatological knowledge. No supervision.

Disappointing.

Just a bunch of theives.
When I went for a visit only to check the possibility of the lasik eye surgery I might be having they gave me a huge bill of 170KD!! And that was the beginning; they expect me to pay 900KD for the whole thing. I can go to some places to do that for the price I paid for the initial diagnosis. I will never go there again.
