  The customer service at this company is disgusting. They treated me so badly over my terrible order of flowers from Floristry. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THEN REFUSE TO GIVE DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I paid 23KD ($75!!) for a flower arrangement that was SO tiny that it was embarrassing. (The flowers were for my grandmother who was in hospital and I was ashamed that she received something so pathetic for the price I paid.)
  
  Both Floristry and BLEEMS refused to take my complaint seriously, ignored me completely for over 24 hours, refused to speak to me over the phone, refused my request to speak to a manager, and were incredibly rude and dismissive at every step.
  
  The flower arrangement was much smaller than the stated size on the website. A week has passed yet still they refuse to speak to me or give any kind of apology or compensation.
  
  I feel totally cheated. I have never seen such bad customer service in Kuwait.
  
  Do not trust this site. They have no respect for the customer, your money, your satisfaction, or your time.

  I placed two different orders. One of them was correct and the other was wrong. It's been two days I am trying to reach them, I cannot reach anyone. Staff is not talking English. They made me struggle to describe the location of my house despite I shared my home location with them. It was a very bad experience for me. Honestly I don't recommend you to order over web.
