This is the second time they fail me. They have a nice variety in thier website, although the prices of some are high, you would think that its worth it. The pictures are nothing like reality, and customer service is terrible, staff is very rude. Overall a devastating experience that leaves you and yoir beloved ones in a frustrating state

They were good but they became terrible. On mother’s day they wanted to deliver it a day late. The bouquet was missing the lavenders and orchids and was replaced with artificial bellflowers and the grass was old. The bouquet looked very cheap. When i called to complain the manager was extremely rude. What a disappointment!

Delivery takes 5 hours from estimated time of delivery. Lack of priorities. Ruined my birthday surprise for my Fiancee. Big disappointment really!

Excellent service. Had a little mix up with my order but the owner called me up in person and was very attentive to the situation. Immediately turned me from unsatisfied customer to a very satisfied customer. I love how the fill up the bouquets with a lot of flowers which is worth your money. Will definitely be using thier services again.

They failed to deliver my second and last order. Ruined my surprise for mother's day.
My first order for valentines day was dealt very professionally but the second one for Mother's Day was a big disappointment. You have let me down Sondos Flowers, this is my last order from you.response / report this review -

They dont even deserve single star to beging with.
Pathetic Service!
Asked them to deliver flowers at specified time, now they cannot even deliver on time. I have to change the address.
Also they called the recepient directly to let her know that they cannot deliver on time.. hello guys where is the element of surprise, ruined it completely !
If you call them and tell them it is important to deliver before 2 (office timing issue), they will just say "ok sir then we can cancel your order".. not very cooperative staff at all !!
Overall thinking and feeling bad why I chose them..
Beware they might say there are chocolates in the package but there will be none on delivery..
Lets see.. Day cannot be worse than this..

Sondos Flowers, I’ll give it full stars if I’ve said to give it. Ordered bunch of red roses, how beautiful were they! Astonished by the beauty of those open mouth fresh red roses which I’ve received from one of the best flower shops in Kuwait.
