I arrived in Kuwait in July. I tried the hair place on base and they did a terrible job! I needed a quality service, so I googled hair salons. Google recommended Eclipse. I was impressed with the professionalism and the service and I was thankful that the ladies seem to love their job. I also appreciate the fact that the owner likes organic products. Definitely worth the trip from camp Arifjan. And I am happy to endorse this establishment with 5 stars!
