Bad experience
1st time I entered the show to ask for a haircut I got a very short answer "we'refull for today". Without offering any alternative.
Now today I tried calling for an appointment and at 10 to 7 pm the first time ringing it went to a busy tone after 4 rings, I call again and I get the answering machine. This is still 10 minutes at which they could have a customer for tomorrow. But now lost one and possibly more for others who read this. Very poor customer service !!! Management better watch your personnel !!

I absolutely love this salon I've been going there for years and staff is friendly and helpful and the hairstylists are very knowledgeable they offer you products that will help with your hair's condition if you tell them that you have something going on with your hair they do not force you to buy products. And the hairstylist has always cut my hair the way I wanted it. she never forced me to get a different kind of haircut or style because my hair is a little bit difficult to work with, she always gave me exactly what I wanted and it always turns out looking really nice plus they help you and teach you how to style it yourself at home. I have never left the salon disappointed I have always loved happy and pleased with my haircut.
